These thoughtful tokens of appreciation are a much-loved delight at most weddings. Whether you invest your time creating DIY favours or splash the cash on something more extravagant, no wedding is complete without favours!

As a well-established wedding venue, we’ll let you into a secret …. those personalised candles and keyrings you’ve been deliberating over: they’ll get left on the table by most of your guests. However, we’re yet to find a cookie, cupcake or bag of sweets left at the end of the night! So, if you’re asking us for advice, we’d say edible favours are a no-brainer!

Sweet Treats

Bespoke cookies make the perfect favours, they can be designed to match your colour scheme and compliment your wedding theme. These edible delights will look beautiful on your tables and can be personalised with guest names to double as place settings! You could also think about adding guest name tags or incorporating your wedding details.

Depending on how much time you have, you may like to bake and decorate them yourself! A good vanilla sugar cookie recipe will give your cookies a month-long shelf life, giving you plenty of time to decorate them ahead of the big day!

For something a little different and a little more delicate, how about these floral lollipops? They offer a luxurious twist on a traditional sweetie favour and could be made to match your centrepieces or bouquet!

Here are some other favourite edible wedding favour ideas, don’t forget you can make them more personal by either adding tags to include your wedding details, or guest’s names:
