We have a range of prices to suit as many sizes of celebration possible! Whether it’s a full suite of rooms at Hylands House plus the Grand Pavilion, Hylands House by itself for the whole day, or exclusive use for a ceremony.

We’re already looking ahead and taking bookings for 2025 and 2026! If you are looking to book between now and then, or are even looking further ahead than that, then please get in touch.

To make it easier to select the right price option for you, our seasons are organised into High (June, July, August, September), Mid (March, April, May, October) and Low (January, February, November, December).

Exclusive use of Hylands House & Grand Pavilion
Ceremony Room: Drawing Room (100 guests) / Banqueting Room (100 guests)
Meal & Evening Reception: Grand Pavilion (up to 300 guests)

Additional hours are available upon request. All of the charges are for venue only hire with internal furniture, and are inclusive of VAT. In addition to the hire fee, a refundable ‘Holding Deposit’ of £1,500 against damages to the venue is required in full with the balance of the hire fee.
