Expertly Landscaped

The new outdoor ceremony garden creates a sylvan glade for weddings just between Hylands House and the Victorian Pleasure Gardens.

The area has been professionally landscaped by the Hylands Estate’s parks team, with rhododendrons, azaleas and seasonal bulbs, with the trees providing a beautiful natural canopy.

The gardens and parkland of Hylands Estate are just as iconic as the house and we’ve always wanted to be able to give couples the chance to say ‘I do’ in these lovely surroundings.
The area we’ve chosen has the best of both worlds; it’s secluded enough to give you a real feeling of being in a forest, but it’s also close to the many amenities of Hylands House.

Become one with the woods

A bespoke oak structure for couples and purpose-built seating in keeping with the woodland theme is available with a discreet outdoor sound system to ensure your guests hear every moment of the ceremony in perfect clarity.

Once vows have been exchanged, guests can be invited to a drinks reception on the back lawn or within the house.
